Commissions for art work is unique. Client must allow for creative freedom and gage and expect accordingly. 

What Commissions include

Original art piece in colors, style and theme chosen by customer at the time of ordering. 

Terms of Service

These terms apply to personal commissions only and this information is not applicable for commercial use work. Commissioned art is for personal purposes only.

I, The Krystalized Art Studio,  claim the rights to the produced work, not the buyer. Meaning that I maintain the the right to use the copyrighted work to promote myself on my social medias, display it in my portfolios, publish books with it, etc.

If you do not wish for me to share your commissioned art anywhere, please make sure you include that request so it may be discussed.  

The buyer is allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use only. They may post to their social medias with credit given to the artist. 

The buyer may not reproduce or use the copyright artwork commercially for any reason, meaning they may not make money off of the artwork or the image of the artwork. The buyer may not claim the artwork as their own work, alter the piece in any way or remove my signature from it at any times.  

Ordering and Pricing

Please note that all artworks commissioned will include a subtle signature of mine that you do not have permission to remove at any time. 

I have the right to refuse/reject any order that I am not comfortable with for any reason. 

Please note the time it takes to complete each commission depends on several factors such as health, complexity of design, other work, etc. Average times range from one week to one month. Open communication about estimated delivery times will be discussed openly throughout the process.

Any information/ details you can give to explain what it is you would like made.

The more details that are included the better. You can include colors you want used, colors you like, colors you do not want used, styles, themes, if you want or do not want glitters, foils, ect. The more details that are provided, the better chance I have at providing you exactly what you want.

Please understand that by sending a commission request email, you are confirming that you read and accepted the terms of service to request a commission.

Pricing:

There is no set base price for any of my custom items as they are usually one of a kind and can only be priced before making. Pricing can and will change due to complexity of the design, the amount of styles/themes involved in the design, the complexity of the background and the amount of detail in the item in general. 

All prices are in USD and at subject to change. 

Please note that I only accept USD currency. However, I do ship worldwide. 

You have the option to pay 100% off the commission price upfront or 50% upfront to begin and remaining 50% before receiving final item/image of said item. 

Right of Refusal

Customer has the right to refuse to purchase said item after completion. However it must be noted that if customer chooses not to purchase said commissioned item(s), the 50% deposit and artwork is within my rights to keep due to having completed commissioned item. 

Delivery Options

Shipping can be quite expensive especially if your items are large and heavy. So within reason, I usually use Flat Rate Shipping Prices to ship my items. Given the size and weight of the item(s) you are a ordering you will be charged accordingly. Occasionally, shipping can be iffy and sizes and weight changes from start of a piece to the finished piece due to embellishments, additional items being added to the commission piece, ect that would make the pricing for the shipping to change. If that happens you will be notified of additional shipping charges with an explanation of why it will cost more. 

Local customers within the Durham County, Granville County, Wake County Areas have the option of Delivery up to 20 miles from my home for a fee. If you choose the Local, North Carolina Delivery option, YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 20 MILES FROM MY LOCAL ADDRESS IN NORTH CAROLINA!
